Our Annual Raffle Returns! 

Raffle Terms and Conditions: • The raffle is open to anyone over 18 within Victoria • The Event Partners accept no responsibility for any entries that are incomplete or unpaid • To enter fill in your details as directed on the ticket stub, There is no limit to the number of tickets an individual can purchase. • All correctly completed entries will be entered into a prize draw which will take place on 3rd November before the headline performer • The draw will occur on the main stage of Oakleigh Glendi, Warrawee Park Oakleigh by random draw from a bucketful of tickets • The first 4 entries drawn will be the winners, in the order first drawn wins first prize and so on • Prizes are subject to availability. In the event of unforeseen circumstances, Oakleigh Glendi organisers, in collaboration with the prize donors, reserves the right to substitute alternative prizes of equivalent or greater value • The winners will be notified on Nov 4th 2024 • The winners must acknowledge their raffle win within 60 days of Oakleigh Glendi sending notification, to receive their prize voucher. If the prize is not acknowledged after this time, it will lapse and Oakleigh Glendi organisers reserve the right to offer the unclaimed prize to a substitute winner selected in accordance with these rules • The winners must contact the applicable prize donor to arrange the timing of their experience and abide by the terms and conditions of the prize donor Prizes must be collected in person or arranged for delivery within 30 days of the draw. Prizes are non-transferable and cannot be redeemed for cash. • The Oakleigh Glendi organisers will use any data submitted by entrants only for the purposes of running the raffle. By entering this prize draw, all entrants consent to the use of their personal data by Oakleigh Glendi for the purposes of the administration of this prize draw and any other purposes to which the entrant has consented • Upon the conclusion of the raffle drawing, we will store the following information for future event advertising: email addresses, names, and phone numbers of participants. Should you prefer to withhold your data from being shared, kindly send an email to events@fruitbowl.com.au, with the subject line 'Opt Out Oakleigh Glendi Raffle.' • The winners agree to take part in reasonable post draw publicity and to the use of their names and photographs in such publicity • Oakleigh Glendi partners may disqualify any entrant whose entry does not comply with these terms and conditions (in their sole opinion) or who, in Oakleigh Glendi’s sole determination, has acted in a manner that is fraudulent, dishonest or unjust to other entrants including, without limitation, tampering with the operation of the prize draw, manipulating ticket sales, hacking, deceiving or cheating • By entering the raffle each entrant agrees to be bound by these terms and conditions By purchasing a raffle ticket, participants agree to abide by these terms and conditions. Oakleigh Glendi reserves the right to alter or cancel the raffle at any time if unforeseen circumstances arise. Oakleigh Glendi, its partners, and sponsors are not responsible for any loss, damage, or injury arising from participation in the raffle or use of the prizes. No prizes are exchangeable Travel Terms (1st Prize): 2 return airfares to Athens, Greece Must be redeemed in May 2025 Not redeemable for any other travel or cash equivalent. We will draw the raffle at the Oakleigh Glendi on Sunday 3rd at approximately 5.45pm. The winner is responsible for any additional travel costs, including but not limited to accommodation, transfers, insurance, and visas. Terms of Dinner (2nd Prize): Dinner is for 4 people maximum not including Kostas Karafotis The Dinner must take place at the organisers chosen restaurant on the organisers set day at the organisers set time If you are unable to make the date and time for the dinner it is not transferable and therefore this aspect of the prize is not receivable.
