These options are only available for not-for-profit organisations, including churches, schools, Council groups, playgroups, Scout groups and sporting clubs
Stallholder Requirements
All stallholders must comply with the event terms and conditions.
The following are mandatory documentation requirements to ensure the health and safety of everyone at the event. Accepted stallholders will be required to supply documentation for each of these.

Public Liability Insurance
For a minimum of $20,000,000 coverage valid on the date and at the location of the event.
The certificate supplied must clearly state that the business is covered to trade anywhere in Australia, must show the expiry date after the event date, and must be under the trading name of the stall (or provide supporting documentation advising that the trading name is covered by the insured business name).

FoodTrader Statement of Trade
If you are selling any food or drinks.
FoodTrader is for the use of temporary and mobile food businesses or community groups in managing their food safety obligations.
In Victoria, all organisations or individuals that prepare, sell or serve food are regulated by local councils under the Food Act 1984 (Food Act).
Stallholder Terms & Conditions
All participants must read and accept the Terms and Conditions before submitting their application for consideration. The Oakleigh Glendi event management team reserves the right to withdraw your application at any time, even if already accepted, if you do not meet the Terms and Conditions.
Site Details
Oakleigh Glendi takes place across 2 days:
Saturday 31st October 12pm-10pm and
Sunday 1st November 12pm-7pm.
If your application is accepted, you must be open and trading for the entire duration of the event.
Event operating times (including set up and pack down times) are subject to change and are at the discretion of the event organisers. These times will be confirmed with you if and when your application is accepted.
All stallholders will be provided with an allocated site, allocated at the discretion of the event organiser. These sites cannot be moved or swapped without prior confirmation from the event organisers.
Event organisers reserve the right to amend the final site layout including the location of your site right up to and including on the day of the event due to operational, safety or site requirements. While we will endeavour to accommodate requests this can not be guaranteed.
Stallholders are not permitted outside their designated site for promoting or selling of their services.
All vendors selling or providing food and beverages must submit a Statement of Trade to the City of Monash Council through FoodTrader.
Stallholders must comply with the requirements of any legislation applicable to them, including the current Occupational Health and Safety Act.
Selling or giving away balloons of any type, including helium, is strictly prohibited at the Oakleigh Glendi.
Smoking and the consumption of alcohol by stallholders is strictly prohibited at the Oakleigh Glendi
No pets or domestic animals are permitted on site (unless written permission is granted by the event organisers).
All stallholders are obligated to keep their stall and surrounds clean and tidy throughout the event.
All stallholders are strongly encouraged to use environmentally friendly, biodegradable materials for all forms of food and beverage containers and giveaways.
The use of single-use plastics is strictly prohibited at the Oakleigh Glendi.
The event organisers reserve the right to direct stallholders to leave the event should they deem that their material, goods, services, or behaviour is inconsistent with the desired outcomes for the event. Stallholders must comply with such directions.
Stallholders agree that their image and/or voice as recorded, photographed, or filmed during any of the events may be broadcast or published for the purposes of Oakleigh Glendi marketing and promotion.
Code of Conduct:
Stallholders are required to represent themselves, their site, and the festival in a professional, safe, and courteous manner, and to not engage in any behaviours that may negatively impact the reputation of the Oakleigh Glendi, Fruitbowl Events, or other stallholders.
Stallholders must cooperate with any directions given by event organisers in relation to the operation and occupation of their event site, including but not limited to instructions regarding stalls, vehicles, equipment, and goods, and must promptly follow all directions regarding security or safety.
Conditions of Application:
Submission of this application form does not guarantee a site at the Oakleigh Glendi.
Stallholder fees must be paid in full prior to the event date. Fruitbowl Events will advise of the due date for stallholder fees upon acceptance, and reserves the right to deny a stallholder access to the event site if the required fees have not been paid in full.
Refund & Cancellation Policy:
Site fees and hire fees are non-refundable.
No refunds will be given for non-attendance.
Fruitbowl Events accepts no responsibility for adverse weather, and no refunds will be given based on this.
No refunds will be given for cancellation after payment.
Insurance & Documentation:
Stallholders must have a current Public Liability Insurance (with minimum $20 million coverage). The certificate supplied must clearly state that the business is covered to trade anywhere in Australia, must show its expiry date, and must be under the trading name of the stall (or provide supporting documentation advising that the trading name is covered by the insured business name).
Successful stallholders must complete an event induction prior to the event.
